Young star of Indian billiards, Dhvaj Haria, who has already marked his presence in the global platform, jolts today the former World No.2 and Ex-Asian Billiards Champion, Alok Kumar in an almost one-sided affair.
Dhvaj rallied four steady breaks of 106, 88, 65 and 88 points to register excellent win by more than 300 points. On the other side, Alok had initial chances but he struggled and before he could’ve settled, Dhvaj had established a good lead and taken full control over the match. At last Alok did not have any option rather accepting defeat against Dhvaj.
Advani however, registered another win of the day. This time, he defeated two-time World champion Rupesh Shah from India. Here also, Advani was close to score double century break but missed a yellow in-off in bottom pocket and ceased the break on 193.
He was short by 55 points and Rupesh had to score 285 as last chance, but he failed and in next visit Advani scored the remaining points and registered second win of the day.
