After three days gruelling round-robin matches of World 6Reds matches, the last-60 players have now been selected who will play singlie elimination round in the title race.


Mohamed Shehab from UAE, Passakorn Suwannawat & Thanawat Thirapongpaeboon from Thailand and Himanshu Jain of India remained most successful with no frame lose and grabbed top four slots to reach directly into Last-32 stage. Rest of the players will play a round before and the winners will enter into Last-32.

In women’s category, Ng On Yee was the only player who didn’t lose a single frame and gained top-seed position. In overall, Hong Kong women players did well as first three slots went to them only as Ip Wan In Jaique and Pui Ying Chu stayed on No.2 and 3 slots. Thai girl Nutcharat Wongharuthai is placed at No.4 and they all are advanced to quarter finals.

The knockout matches will start tomorrow morning with the finals of both categories to be played on Saturday, the 22nd December 2018.
