Wendy Jans starts with century break

Unbeaten since last five championships, Wendy Jans of Belgium starts her campaign in 2017 IBSF World Snooker competition with century hitting the highest break so far, followed by thumping 3-0 success over Australian player Theresa Whitten.

Wendy shown a magnificent clearance of 102 points in the first frame that remained highlight of session 1 on first day. In last frame, she shown another quality break by scoring 57 points clearance to wrap-up the match 3-nil.

Meanwhile Thai player Waratthanun Sukritthanes sent contribution of 57 points while defeating Russian girl Aleksandra Bogatyreva 3-0. She scored that break in last frame of her match to close the proceedings.

Former World No.2 Anastasia Nechaeva was not behind and made 46 points break in second frame before close out her commanding 3-0 success over Hong Kong girl Pui Ying Chu.
