Both Pakistani teams secures medal at World Team Snooker 2017 IBSF Media

Both the Pakistani teams have entered in the medals round of 2017 IBSF World Snooker Championship here at Hurghada.

Where Pakistani Team-1 of Sajjad and Asjad Iqbal had easy run against Team India-1, the other team of Pakistan Muhammad Asif and Babar Masih went till the end to win decider against Team Iran-1.

Asif and Babar gave a good start and capitalized first two frames when Iran pair send contribution of century break (100 points) in doubles to cut the deficit. After that Amir pulled out fourth frame too to come at par, but in next frame Babar posted outstanding break of 129 points clearance to take lead.

The high quality match had not ended yet as the Iran pair again posted another break of 79 to stay equal.

The last deciding frame was close but Asif maintained his small lead till the end and won it 70-40 to join their other team in the medals round.
