Amir Nardeia sends back defending champion Jackson Page

Amir Nardeia - Israel Amir Nardeia - Israel IBSF Media

Israel player Amir Nardeia knocked out the defending champion of World Under-18 Snooker, Jackson Page of Wales 4-3.

Amir was in good form and played very sensible game to counter powerful attack of Page. When Jackson crafted break of 59 in second frame, Amir responded wisely with two breaks of 52 and 55 in third and fifth frame to maintain his lead.

Even in the deciding frame, he took worthy lead of around 40 points. However, Page attempted many snookers to return to the game and of course he succeeded in few of them that helped him to cut the lead. But in the end, Amir cleared up the required pink to knockout Page and confirm medal for his country.
