Advani, Clarke and Shehab stays undefeated at the end of round-robin

The round robin stage of Men’s World Snooker accomplished tonight where the defending champion Pankaj Advani from India, Jamie Clarke of Wales and Mohammed Shehab of United Arab Emirates stayed undefeated.

With that all of them holds the first three slots for knockouts followed by Lukas Kleckers of Germany as he had lost one frame to Simon Lindblom of Sweden in Group stage.

Out of seven players representing the Host nation Qatar, six have confirmed their presence in the knockout stage.

The knockout stage will start with 14 matches of Last-78 stage and the winners will join the Last-64 wagon.

The format of play for the knockout will be:
Last-78: Best of 7 Frames
Last-64: Best of 7 Frames
Last-32: Best of 9 Frames
Pre-Quarter Finals: Best of 9 Frames
Quarter Finals: Best of 11 Frames
Semi Finals: Best of 13 Frames
FINAL: Best of 15 Frames
