Chuchart Trairattanapradit of Thailand scored first century break (Individual) of the Team Snooker (Masters) Championship. He scored 104 while playing against Ahmed El Shafey of Team Egypt-8.
It was a good controlled match for Team Thailand as a frame before, the World Champion (Masters) Phisit Chandsri also crafted 68 points break after securing the match winning first three frames.
Team India 2 (Yasin Merchant and Alok Kumar) also started the campaign on winning node. They defeated Egypt-7 comfortably 5 frames to nil.
The duos were at ease and faced no hurdle throughout the match. Both had picked up small but effective breaks in each frame to close the match proceedings with straight frames win.
