Vice Governor, South Sinai graced the opening ceremony

Mr. Khaled Fuda, Hon’ble Vice Governor of South Sinai kindly attended as Chief Guest during opening ceremony of 2016 IBSF World 6Red and Team Snooker Championship that started yesterday at Pyramisa Resorts and Hotels in Sharm-El-Sheikh, Egypt. City Mayor, and Head of the Police Department, Sharm-El-Sheikh also joined him during the opening ceremony.

Mr. Vice Governor, welcomed all the players, referees and delegates. He hoped that everybody enjoy their stay in Sharm-El-Sheikh and return with good memories. He also ensured all kind of safety to everybody participating in the championships.

Mr. Maxime Cassis, the Vice President of IBSF also thanked all the IBSF Member countries who sent their players to Egypt and discouraged the rumours about traveling concerns to Egypt. He also appreciated efforts of Egyptian and African Federation under the leadership of Mohammed Kammah to promote our sport in the region.

The opening ceremony started with the introduction and procession of players / delegates from participating nations.

Later Mr. Vice Governor played the opening shot and saw the Egyptian Cultural Program.
