IBSF World trophy (Men) retained in Asia for 5th time in row

Now the contest for title is among Muhammad Sajjad of Pakistan vs. Zhao Xintong of China; and Yan Bingtao of China vs. Kritsanut Lertsattayathorn of Thailand.

Sajjad is also one of the title contender as he has already proved is consistency in reaching top stages of competitions in recent past. Today he blanked Indian challenge Manan Chandra 6-1 leaving Indian camp disappointed.

But more disappointment for Indian camp came from table 2 where another Chinese player Yan Bingtao knocked out India's star player and 12 time world champion, Pankaj Advani 6-4. Yan replied Advani's 2-0 lead in a great style scoring century break of 107 and further won two more frames to leave Advani 3-2 behind. However, Advani contested well and come at par in 6th and 8th frame but next two consecutive frames win put Advani out of the competition.

The last semi finalist Kritsanut Lertsattayathorn of Thailand defeated Iran's Amir Sarkhosh 6-3 to continue in title race. Amir had a break of 52 points in last frame also but Kritsanut got better over him to win the frame and match as well.
