Keith Sheldrick of Ireland today shocked the current Masters world no.2 player Glen Wilkinson of Australia in SEAWAYS IBSF World Snooker Championship 2014 being played in Bengaluru.

Keith was in better form initially and registered easy win in first frame. Second frame was close where Glen had chances to recover but Keith again stopped him to do so and won the second frame 56-41. However, Glen got some luck in the third that he pocketed but luck supported him till then only as he lost the fourth frame very close on black ball and the match as well.

India's Kamal Chawla lost the closely fought battle against Ang Boon Chin of Singapore. Chawla was down 3-1 from where he pulled two frames to level and set decider. He also had a worthy break of 61 points but all went in vain as Ang proved himself better in decider to seal the match 4-3.

World champion Wendy Jans recovered from yesterday's defeat and won her today's match against R. Umadevi of India. She took time to settle down in first frame, which she eventually lost but after that she scored a break of 42 points in second and was in total command to win next frames and match 3-1.
