Kacper thrashed Sajjad in 6Reds quarters

Polish player Kacper Filipiak carried his quarter-final match one-sided and knocked out Muhammad Sajjad 5-2 to enter semis.

Sajjad had little hitches in first frame but managed to won that and had chances to secure second frame too. This time his loose strings were properly addressed by Kacper and settle 1-1.

Kacper did not stop after that and secured frame after frames to gain 4-1 lead with two decent breaks of 32 points in fifth and sixth frames.

However, Sajjad got some scoring shots in 6th frame and made 38 points break but that remained the last frame he won in this championship as Kacper decided better to seal the match instead further chances to Sajjad.

Kacper will now meet Thai player Boonyarit Keattikun who outplayed Welshman Gareth Allen by a same score 5-2 and same style. Here also after losing first frame, Boonyarit gained 4-1 lead and gave away one more frame before securing the match 5-2.
