Siripaporn Nuanthakhamjan of Thialand must be regretting her uncontrolled shot on the last black of fourth frame that resulted in lose of match for her. She was playing against Chitra Magimairaj of India and lost 3-1 in 6Reds discipline.

Chitra played exceptionally well and was leading 2-1. Infact she raised good lead in fourth frame as well but Siripaporn countered that lead and lastly she required only blue, pink and black to tie the score. She potted well all three colours but on black she failed to control the cue ball that followed black in the same pocket to snatch away match from her.

However, another Thailand player Amornrat Uamduang succeeded in registering 3-1 win over Polish player Malgorzata Sikorska. Malgorzata won the second frame but all other she failed to score in double-digit.
