Hossein Vafaei Ayouri of Iran today hits the maximum 147 during his semi final match against Mateusz Baranowski of Poland here in IBSF World Under-21 Snooker at Al-Fujairah, UAE

This maximum is the first ever 147 in the history of IBSF World Under-21 championships. He made this 147 in the fifth frame.

Slowly and steadily Hossein started his campaign in semi final match and soon he was leading 4-0 against Baranowski. In fifth frame he got first perfect long shot and landed safely for black from where he started picking red-black combination to score the 147.

However, Baranowski replied with a century break of 112 to claim first frame. He won the couple of more frames but Hossein scored two more breaks of 83 and 59 to close the match proceedings 7-3 and entered into final.

Post match, Hossein admitted he planned this 147 after potting the third red. From there the he went alongwith the flow and it happened.
