Belgié entered into final in a great style

Craigh MacGillivray from Scotland and James Rushforth pulled first two frames in quick succession against Mario Van Herk and Alain Vandersteen respectively to gain 2-Nil lead. Scotland's attack was so strong that they further gain lead in doubles frame but it was Alain and Mario who did not want to give up and fought really hard to win the frame. They succeeded in that frame narrowly 55-41.

That win has boosted them a lot and Alain effectively pulled the next frame too to level the match 2-all. In the decider all hopes were resting on Mario but unlikely he went down 10-50 with 2 reds left on the table. From thereon, Mario put his all skills and started picking ball by ball to narrow the deficit and finally succeeded to win the frame by only 1 point. 51-50.

They will now play team England in the final who beat Ireland3 3-1 to enter into the final
